Beginning at BT through the ‘do it all’ of a frantic cable start-up, to Director of Operations at NTL to Director of Business Transformation for Virgin Media, Paul was a leading protagonist in a full-on UK media revolution. But if there’s one thing this experience has taught him it’s that first class kit and software may be important, but it’s people that make the real difference. And it’s the talented people, liberally sprinkled all over our business, that really excite him. Only they will enable us to evolve from a blue chip broadcast service provider to a nimble and cost efficient champion of ‘anywhere’ media.
