Providing formatting and subtitling for the online version of ‘Click’ – the BBC’s flagship technology programme – demonstrates how we combine a variety of skills to help our clients keep pace with ever–changing customer needs.

The programme is ingested through Digital Hive (our content management system) and transcoded into the correct web-based format. From there, it’s magically transported to our subtitling experts who add words to pictures and then publish the file on the BBC website.

Simple? Well maybe, but only because our experience, know–how and top–of–the–range kit make it seem that way. But it was certainly successful. Here’s what one jolly punter had to say on the BBC website:
