Our team’s combined talents delivered ingest and content preparation, compliance viewing and editing, as well as promo production and the design of a barker (preview) channel to help consumers decide what to download.
Behind all of the programmes sat a complex metadata tagging structure that enabled customers to search for programmes on their electronic programme guide. Carefully planned scheduling and close analysis of the client usage data allowed us to selectively offer downloads, giving an immediacy that encouraged customers to buy and download content right away.
And the end result? A 15% uplift in viewing for Teleport – thumbs-up from client and customers, then.
