Having been Channel Five's disaster recovery specialists since 2002, two years later we were delighted to consolidate that relationship by winning their access services business. The contract covers a range of our access expertise, including signing and audio description.

With all our clients, we model our solution around specific requirements. In Channel Five's case this meant being responsive and flexible, allowing for fast turnarounds and accommodating fluctuations in service demand. We also offer a variety of signers and voices, enabling the Five to select those that best match the style and tone of the content.

What's more, with our development of speech recognition technology we've made our service ultra-efficient and cost-effective.

Subsequently, we won the contract to playout both of Five's new channels, Five Life and Five US and in Sept 2007 we won the contract to provide audio description and visual signing services for both.
