Pam Masters
Pam Masters, Chief Executive Officer
Pam began her career at the BBC and progressively held many senior creative, operational and editorial roles. In the early 1980s she was part of the founding management team at Channel Four, helping to setup the ground–breaking new channel. She was invited to return to the BBC in the late–80s, where she introduced channel branding, marketing and media planning and also helped the BBC launch its digital channels.

In the mid–90s she initiated and led the transformation of BBC Broadcasting and Presentation from being a department within a large public service entity to becoming BBC Broadcast Limited. Following the BBC's commercial review in 2004, Pam led BBC Broadcast through the sale to Macquarie, and BBC Broadcast's rebrand to Red Bee Media in 2005. Since then, under her leadership, the company has grown successfully and now has offices in Australia, France and China and Singapore.

Paul Gilbert
Paul Gilbert, Chief Financial Officer
Paul has been working with Red Bee since January 2008, initially as UK Finance Director and, since 1 July 2008, as Chief Financial Officer. As well as being a member of the Executive Management Team, he is a Board Director of Red Bee Media, Metadata and several of the Group’s overseas subsidiaries. In his role as CFO he is responsible for overseeing strong financial management of the business throughout the Group, and handling relationships with shareholders and the syndicate of lenders. Paul is a Chartered Accountant and brings over 20 years of varied financial experience gained in the UK and overseas with Alvarez & Marsal and his previous employer, PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Bob Johnson
Bob Johnson, Chief Technology Officer
Bob has a wealth of technology and IT experience gained from 18 years working at Accenture, where he ran the telecommunications business in the UK and was responsible for selling network technology projects to the company’s clients. Bob was also the UK Quality and Risk Officer, responsible for pre–contract governance processes and for looking after post–contract quality management.

Adam Poulter
Adam Poulter , Executive Commercial Director
Adam leads Red Bee Media's expansion and growth plan. He is responsible for continuing to build the Red Bee Media brand and expand the company's services into more territories. Adam has over 20 years experience in sales and business development roles in the media industry including TV, online services, digital technology and creative services in the UK, Europe and US. Before joining Red Bee Media, Adam was Group Managing Director – Europe of MIVA, the world's largest independent online paid search/pay per click (PPC) business. Previously, he was CEO at digital content distribution specialist IMD, which successfully negotiated two large third party broadcast tenders with ITV and BSkyB. He also spent seven years at Carlton Communications Plc, where he developed the business model and led the US start up of cinema advertising network, Screenvision. Under Adam's leadership, Screenvision built advertising revenues of $110 million within two years before expanding across eight European territories. Other positions held by Adam include a directorship at TDI UK Ltd (now Viacom Outdoor) as well as senior media roles at Leo Burnett and Bartle Bogle Hegarty.

David Padmore
David Padmore, Director of Access Service
David is responsible for our access and translation teams in the UK, France and Germany. In the UK, he manages the teams that deliver subtitling, signing and audio description to Channel 4, UKTV and Five among others, as well as supplying all three services to the BBC. This includes the subtitling of 100% of BBC programmes across all of its channels, a globally unique service. He’s now also focused on building the translation side of the business in the UK and abroad, specifically through our Red Bee Media businesses in France and Germany. David started working for the BBC as a subtitler in 1993 and has since worked in various roles in the Access Services field for the BBC and now Red Bee Media.

Paul Phillips
Paul Phillips, Director of Business Transformation
In his role as Director of Business Transformation Paul is responsible for delivering Red Bee Media’s change agenda. This cross functional role involves identifying and ensuring delivery of new initiatives to improve business performance.

Paul has spent his career in the TMT sector. He has previously held senior positions at Videotron, Cable and Wireless and Virgin Media. These roles included MD, Group CIO and Group Transformation Director.

Andy Bryant
Andy Bryant, Director of Creative
Andy has 20 years of world-class experience in the advertising industry. Over the last six years he has led the Creative team to enormous success, winning numerous global awards and driving significant growth in the revenues of the business. Highlights have included significant contracts with the BBC, ITV and UKTV in the UK and with media brands globally, including Discovery Networks (Europe and US) and others as far afield as Portugal, Finland, Greece, India and China. Prior to Red Bee Media, Andy was Managing Director at The Campaign Palace in Australia and held senior roles at Bates UK and Chiat/Day.

Kath Hollister
Kath Hollister, Director of Human Resources
With significant experience in managing change in the commercial arena, including privatisation at BT and the sale of a BA division to General Electric (USA), Kath Hollister has been crucial to the human aspects of the transformation of BBC Broadcast and of Red Bee Media. Other accomplishments in the BBC include setting up the BBC Resources business in Cardiff and managing the separation issues and transfer of staff to the newly formed subsidiary.

Debbie Phillips
Debbie Phillips, Director of Playout
Debbie joined the company in December 2006 and brought with her 17 years of operational experience gained from a variety or roles in the telecommunications and internet sectors. During her time as Operations Director of internet service provider (ISP), Virgin Net, they were voted top ISP in both 2005 and 2006 for overall customer satisfaction. She currently heads the Playout area of Red Bee Media.
