Deliveries to Red Bee Media

If you have deliveries for Red Bee Media, including tapes and commercials for transmission, please use the following maps and labelling to ensure your delivery reaches the correct destination.

Regular Deliveries

All regular deliveries for Red Bee Media at the Broadcast Centre must be delivered to Main Dispatch which is at the back of the BBC White City offices.

To get to Main Dispatch approach by South Africa Road, turn into White City Road (NB. This road does not yet have a street sign, however there is a children’s mural of London at the turning into this road), and follow the road around the back of the Broadcast Centre.

Tape deliveries for Five / tape deliveries out of hours

The Media Intake Area (MIA) Librarian needs to be informed of the approx. time of arrival of the courier so that security can be informed, otherwise the courier may be turned away.

Please contact the relevant librarian by phone or e-mail with the following details:

– Name of the courier company
– Estimated time of arrival at Red Bee Media
– Title of media (This must appear on delivery label)

Tapes must normally be delivered during business-hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 20:00.
Ad-hoc out-of-hours deliveries may be accepted if sufficient
notice if given, however, bulk deliveries cannot be supported
outside of normal business hours.
