Red Bee Media specialises in the creation, enhancement, promotion and delivery of digital media, offering the complete range of services required to promote, playout and provide access for content. Clients include the BBC, Channel 4, ESPN, Virgin Media and MTV.

Headquartered in London and with offices in Europe, Asia and Australia, Red Bee Media is a market leader in the broadcasting sector, and potential development within the US Market would further cement their position as a global company.

With Bill Patrizio at the helm Red Bee Media plans to achieve that ambition. Bill is a seasoned media and broadcasting executive with international experience and an impressive track record. After an early career marketing leading global brands including Kellogg and Seagram, Bill led the post-merger integration of Universal Studios following its acquisition by Seagram.

Between 1999 and 2005, Bill was a corporate Senior Vice President in charge of strategic sourcing and procurement with Walt Disney, managing the significant investment and operations budget across all of the company’s businesses, including broadcast and cable TV, feature films and the internet. Broadcast operations, engineering and technology at the ABC TV network, the Disney Channel and ESPN were major focus areas for Bill while at Disney. He also spent time in the finance industry between 2005 and 2007, overseeing the supply chain integration between JP Morgan Chase and Bank One.

Returning to media and broadcasting in 2007, Bill joined Technicolor Network Services as its President based in London. He established the strategic growth direction of the company and managed the business through a rapid period of international development. One of his achievements during this period was to lead the initiative that resulted in TNS winning NBCU’s global broadcast distribution managed services contract.

“I am very excited about the opportunity with Red Bee Media, which occupies a strong and unique position in the broadcasting sector,” Bill said on his appointment. “It has developed strongly both in the UK and offshore and is strategically well placed for continued growth and exceptional service to its clients. It will be terrific to work with the management team and take Red Bee Media to the next stage of its development.”
