How we work

Piero constantly evolves based on the feedback from our customers. We recognise that this relationship is the cornerstone of Piero’s success. Our approach places the customer at the centre of our business.

  • DEPLOY

    Prior to any deployment, our Deployment team will be in contact to understand how the Piero system will fit into the broadcast infrastructure.

    Piero deployments are usually managed by 2 software engineers, who will visit the client site and spend 3 days training operators on the system. Note that training sessions can be tailored to the requirements of a particular broadcaster to deliver the best possible service.

    Using our Live television experience, the Piero User interface has been designed to be very intuitive and easy to use in a broadcast environment.

  • MAINTAIN


    Our approach is both proactive and reactive; When we receive feedback from our clients, our developers will assess the severity of the issue and allocate it to our development task list to be resolved.

    Similarly, our proactive approach means we are continuously improving the system. The software releases we regularly despatch to clients not only fix bugs that have been identified to us but also issues identified by our internal testers and developers.

    Piero has a core team of highly skilled developers with a variety of skill sets to ensure that there is always a different way to resolve an issue; in this way, our clients always get the best solution.

  • EVOLVE


    Having 30 different clients in 20 territories means that the Piero team receives a range of feedback. We base a great deal of our development on our client feedback and constantly look for ways for improve the Piero platform.

    In short, we're proud of the system and want to make sure our clients keep using Piero.
