FAQs TouchScreen
The touchscreen doesn’t work when using a KVM extender
Connect the Touchscreen directly to the PC to establish if the problem is with the extender. Most of our touchscreen range requires a transparent USB extension. They do not conform to USB HID Standards. Known working extenders are:
-- Black box ACU5050A
-- AdderLink X Series X-USB
-- SD-VUE/50 Mini USB/Video
-- Icron USB Ranger 2212
-- DDXI range from IHSE
The mouse pointer position does not match the touch point on the touchscreen.
Redo the calibration. In the Launcher, select your touchscreen from the list and click ‘Calibrate’. It is better to calibrate in the same position that will be used to avoid perceived inaccuracies caused by viewing angle.
